2. Account Management

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999cd login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999cd support immediately. 999cd will never ask you to share your password by any means including email, chat or telephone.

KYC Verification
999cd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a promotion is claimed, or if unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued photo ID such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and a hold on pending withdrawals.

Account Suspension and Closure
999cd reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or any other conduct that 999cd deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other users. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus balance or pending withdrawals may be voided at 999cd's discretion following an investigation.

Self-Exclusion Requests
Players who wish to self-exclude from 999cd may do so by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted from all gaming and betting activity, and promotional communications will be suspended. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion, as requested by the player.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 999cd platform are subject to the following conditions. 999cd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through selected Bangladeshi banks. All payment methods must be registered in the account holder's own name.

Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit at 999cd is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit applied by 999cd, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 999cd account balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. 999cd does not charge fees on standard bKash or Nagad deposits. Any fees charged by the payment provider are outside of 999cd's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed in full. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method but 999cd aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of the request being submitted. 999cd reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending a compliance or identity check.
Clause 3.3
Prohibited Transactions
Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited via a third-party account will be returned to the source account after deducting any applicable handling charges, and the 999cd account may be suspended pending investigation. Money laundering through the 999cd platform is prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by 999cd are subject to the following general conditions. Specific bonus offers may carry additional terms which will be stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that offer only.

  • Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. Visitors without a registered account are not entitled to claim any bonus.
  • Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Duplicate account registrations made to claim a welcome bonus again will result in account closure.
  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • 999cd reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a promotional offer, or breach of these terms.
  • Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific terms of that promotion and may be restricted to designated games only.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 999cd platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games and all other available game formats.

Clause 5.1
Bet Finality
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 999cd platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified or reversed by the player. Confirmed bets are settled strictly in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or the outcome of the relevant game round. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, 999cd's decision is final after investigation.
Clause 5.2
Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or communications failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 999cd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 999cd is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical error outside of its control. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrated system error or software bug will not be paid and will be voided.
Clause 5.3
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activity on 999cd. These limits are displayed at the relevant game or betting market and may vary by game type, event and account tier. 999cd reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at its discretion, including reducing maximum stake limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 999cd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant legal authorities.

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 999cd platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
  • Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
  • Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, or attempting to use the 999cd platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
  • Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing a self-exclusion period or reclaiming a welcome bonus.
  • Providing false identification or personal information at any point during the registration or verification process.
  • Exploiting errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in betting markets or games to generate artificial winnings not intended by 999cd.

Enforcement: 999cd actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 999cd will void all affected bets and balances, close the account permanently, and reserve the right to pursue recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited means.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • 999cd is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials, or from access to your account by an unauthorised third party where 999cd has not been notified.
  • 999cd makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Amendments to These Terms

999cd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of the most current version.

Continued use of the 999cd platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting the support team.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 999cd platform should be raised in the first instance with the 999cd support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. 999cd's decision on any dispute, following a full investigation, is final.
